					"The MHRD has been an important part of my life for many years -- first when I attended as a pupil at Morris Hills, later as a student teacher, thereafter a teacher of English for 26 years, and finally as a mother of two children who graduated from Morris Hills. I consider this to be an excellent district comprised of many important and special people who serve in all capacities of the school, and with a staff of professionals I think are outstanding. Therefore, I feel both honored and humbled to have received the Outstanding Teacher of the Year Award for 1990. I know I am in good company."
