Homework Policy

Recognizing that homework is positively linked to student achievement, the English Department incorporates a variety of both long and short-term assignments to reinforce classroom instruction. Typical homework activites may include reading and analyzing literature, vocabulary development, grammar review and composition. The length and frequency of assignments will vary depending upon the nature of the course and the materials utilized.
